Fluvanna County’s first 55+ active adult community is a master planned community targeted towards people of 55 years of age or better. Master planned active adult communities provide residents with maintenance free living, close proximity to attractions and services, and a range of onsite amenities and services.

The Villages at Nahor provide a place for active adults to enjoy life. There is a nice range of homes that have nice flowing floor plans. Master suites, bedrooms or studies for guests. Plans with 2 full bathrooms, a large living room, sunroom, and eat in kitchen.
